JUST GOT A REPLY FROM SEVENTH GALLERY
2015 Exhibition Application Seventh Gallery Add to contacts 22/12/2014 Keep this message at the top of your inbox To: manuel raul info@seventhgallery.org
Dear Chintamani,
The SEVENTH Gallery Committee thanks you for your recent exhibition proposal. Unfortunately, due to the large number of high quality applications we received this round we were unable to fit your proposed exhibition into our upcoming program at SEVENTH.
In programming our exhibitions we take a number of factors into consideration, such as variety in both content and medium, as well as how the exhibitions fit together thematically across all the SEVENTH Spaces. Therefore, an unsuccessful proposal is not necessarily a weak one.
We encourage you to apply again in our next proposal round and look forward to seeing the development of your work in the future.
If you have any queries or need more information please do not hesitate to contact us.
Brendan McCleary (0401 666 061): Brendan@seventhgallery.org
Thank you again for your support of SEVENTH.
Kind Regards,
Brendan McCleary

Hi Stephanie,
We haven't as yet finalised a date for the next proposal deadline. We are
currently finalising a few details (re: funding) which will impact on
applications.
I imagine the proposal call out will be late January. Make sure you're on
our mailing list, Facebook and Instagram. We will put the word out on all
platforms when we have set a date.
If you have a proposal ready, you can always send it in to us at
proposals@tcbartinc.org.au before this date.
Please refer to our website (http://tcbartinc.org.au/proposals/) for
application guidelines and requirements.
All the best,

YAY MORE OFF! Mailbox 141 is literally about 6 mailboxes with glass instead of a front. So its super tiny! and in a lobby. So we should not apply for that one. From memory Screen Space has to be video central also, so dunno if that applicable. "Conical does not have an appilcation based program at this time."
All the other ones HELL YES.
sooooo.
Dud space Dark Horse Experiement (sometimes they are a bit commercial) The other side Rearview (says "The next review will be October 31, 2014. ") Five Walls
YES.
um.
So many of these i hav'nt been too, gotta get my arse down and check them out

Hey! You can HAVE all my skin coloured plasticine. ALso for all the galleries that say they arent accepting proposals or that we were too late, forward them to (Tarryn) me and ill make a list and dates for when we can re-apply, no harm in doing so. Also what would you guys do if we are accepted by two galleries (not sure if ts unlikely) I'd totally be up for two shows in one year but im more concerned about stephs availability(dont wanna over work you) also, i havnt applied for any galleries, as yet. Lastly i was thinking of maybe going through all sources and applying for grants and funding. It would aleviate any money woes we may encounter due to making work for show and studies.

OKAY, SO. I've submitted an application to Trocaderdo, i have now released i fucked up by putting the same paragraph in twice (SORRRRY) INTRODUCTION Hominal Error The monochromatic mark-making of this group of works is a collation of visual vomit, mutual, global and anatomical misunderstandings which utilizes the degraded underbelly of the fine art hierarchy. The work takes stabs at the anxieties of the cultural wasteland of the post-modern age. Each artist uses elements of drawing, installation, collage, sculpture and video to create a discourse, which reeks of misanthropic humour and nihilistic aggression.
This exhibition as a whole, will function as an immersive psychoanalytical experience, exploring cryptic ideas of social identity and emotionally driven perspectives following post-industrial times. Hominal Error is a regurgitation of the clutter that fills our heads, the chaos and contradictions of modernity and the spit bucket it belongs in. EXHIBITION LOGISTICS/EXTENDED PROJECT DESCRIPTION Hominal Error
Each artist is hoping to utilize a wall specific to their work in Gallery 1. So yeah, SORRY. its already sent so ….hopefully it will just reinforce the point?? hahahaha WOOPS BUT I've just sent of a proposal to Kings ARI too (it doesn't have the double paragraph FEWWWW)
Oh and be careful because it says Seventh Gallery in my bulb part. Ive taken it out though but its probably in the one i uploaded here. BAM

Ah that Ted talk was interesting, the correlation between being reminded to wash your hands and becoming more morally conservative. Very interesting! Weird, kinda makes sense.
