Thank you for your recent application to exhibit at TROCADERO Art Space. We appreciate the time and effort it takes to prepare such an application.
The Exhibition Program Committee met recently and we would like to offer you an exhibition in:
GALLERY 1: 25 February – 14 March 2015
We have endeavoured to schedule exhibitions for the preferred timeframes and exhibition spaces specified by exhibitors in their proposals, however this has not always been practical and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility where possible.
Our exhibition calendar is already underway and due to a cancellation from an exhibitor, this exhibition spot has become available. We would like to encourage you to consider our offer and are free to discuss any concerns you may have.
To Accept this offer TROCADERO Art Space requires you to reply to this email with your decision by :
Monday 26th January 2015

Gallery one: $820 per 3 week show
A $100 Bond applies to each gallery, refundable to the exhibitor at the conclusion of their exhibition subject to adequate repair and restoration of the gallery to its condition prior to the exhibition.

Dear Trocadero Art Space,
On behalf of Stephanie Kam, Tarryn McGregor and Chintamani Rotstein, we would like to extend our appreciation in the acceptance of our proposal to your gallery.
Although due to the short time frame, work commitments and high education commitments, we will regretfully have to decline your offer, as we will not have enough time to produce quality artwork for the show.
We would like to hear of any other offers to exhibit after this time period, as we would still been keen to exhibit at Trocadero Art Space.

One thing i forgot to do when you were both over is find out what we have actually submitted applications for. Can you guys list them here, im going to apply for the rest now. Also write down which ones have come back with "try again later" and ill look into that and do a list of things and stuff n such.

I was thinking is kings ari, or anyone else we've already applied to says yes, we could just cancel at Trocadero since its so far away…..or is that not ppppprrrrffeesssshhhhinnnyyaaalllllllll.
Only thing is Trocadero won't get much general foot traffic….but oh well. SHOW! and 6 months to stress over it yay
